What is new in Orin Nano? NVIDIA® Jetson Orin Nano™ comes in two flavors, the 4GB and 8GB modules. Here is a summary of its main new features: CPU Complex: 6-core Arm Cortex-A78AE v8.2 @ 1.5 GHz Max for both flavours. GPU Architecture: 512-core NVIDIA Ampere Architecture GPU with 16 Tensor Cores for the 4GB and 1024-core NVIDIA Ampere Architecture GPU with 32 Tensor Cores for the 8GB Memory: 4GB 64-bit LPDDR5 and 8GB 128-bit LPDDR5 Memory Bandwidth:Up to 68 GB/s of memory bandwidth. On Edge AI Performance: 40 Sparse TOPs(INT8) or 20 Dense TOPs(INT8) on Orin Nano 8GB. MIPI C-PHY v2.1: Up to 20 Gbps with 8 MIPI lanes.
