These techniques will allow you to have a trusted platform protected against malicious software by creating a chain of trust. With this, you can ensure that your system won't be tampered with and malicious parties will not be able to access the system and affect its functionality or obtain confidential information from it. An example chain of trust is illustrated in Figure 1.
