MediaTek^® Genio 700™ is a high-performance edge AI platform designed for smart home, retail, industrial, and commercial use.

What are the features of the Genio 700?

The Genio 700 SOM offers the following features:

CPU Complex: 8-core processor composed of 6 ARM Cortex A78 cores with clock speeds up to 2.0 GHz and 2 ARM Cortex A78 cores with clock speeds up to 2.2 GHz.
GPU Architecture: Mali-G57 MC3
Memory: 8GB 128-bit LPDDR5 DRAM (Orin NX 8GB) and 16GB 128-bit LPDDR5 DRAM (Orin NX 16GB).
Memory Bandwidth: 102 GB/s of memory bandwidth.
On Edge AI Performance: Up to 100 TOPS (INT8) on Orin NX 16GB.
Improved Deep Learning Accelerator: Orin NX 8GB comes with one NVDLA unit while Orin NX 16GB brings two NVDLAs.
MIPI C-PHY v2.0: Up to 20 Gbps with 8 MIPI CSI-2 lanes (2.5Gbps per lane).
